    What the heck? Who loses 11.6 pounds in a week that only weighs 155? Must have been a hell of a binge before weigh in.. Crazy dieters

    I know this is a competition but thought I would reach out for some advice. I have been at a plateau for a while now and I am not sure how to break past it. I hope this competition will help but outside of counting calories and a regular work out routine…. Are there other weight loss tools or ideas that have been successful for others when you are stuck? Thank you!
